# Creating Your Account

Note

If you operate multiple e-commerce stores, you can manage them under a single QuickCover® account.

If you are working with a QuickCover® partner, they may provide you with a custom sign-up link. The links in our documentation are intended for merchants who want to sign up directly.

On the QuickCover® site (opens new window), you can create a new account by clicking the Sign Up button from the top of any page.

If you already have an account, you can use the login button to access your account.

Creating an account takes less than five minutes. Here's a step-by-step guide.

# Step 1 - Enter Your Name and Work Email

On the sign-up page, provide the following:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Your work email address

Important

Ensure that the email address is correct because we will send you a verification message at the next step.

Click Sign up.

# User name already exists

If an account with your email address already exists, you will be redirected to a page asking you to log in.

If you don't remember your password, read Reset your password.

# Domain is already in use

If an account already exists that uses your domain (based on the email address you provided), you will be redirected to a page where you can send a request to your administrator.

  1. Enter a message with the access request.
  2. Click Send Request, or, to return the sign-up page, click Go Back.

# Step 2 - Verify Your Email

Check your inbox for the Welcome to QuickCover email. It will ask you to verify your email address.

TIP

If you do not see the Welcome email in your inbox, check your spam folder.

Click Verify Email. A new QuickCover page will open in your browser. You may see a loading screen for a moment or two as we set up your account.

# Step 3 - Tell Us About Your Company

Once your account is ready, we will ask you for a little more information.

  1. Enter your company details and your role.
  2. Create a password.

# Step 4 - Review and Accept Terms

To finish creating your account, you will need to review and accept the QuickCover® terms and conditions.

Click Create Account.

You will be logged in and redirected to the QuickCover dashboard.

# Start Using Your Account

Congratulations on creating your QuickCover account!

To start using your account, you must provide billing information and set up a store.
